The total number of COVID-19 cases in Bihar crossed the 700-mark after 11 more people tested positive for the infection, taking the total number of infections in the state to 707, a Health Department official said. Out of the new cases, 5 are reported from Khagaria, four from Begusarai and two from Banka districts
